The Rehabrobotics Research Group from Padua, Italy, has a longstanding experience in the design
and clinical application of robotic devices for the rehabilitation treatment of post-stroke patients,
especially in the sub-acute phase.
The research group is composed of both engineering and medical staff, integrating different
knowledge and skills.
Our mission is to improve motor and functional recovery of neurological patients after stroke, by designing
new therapy devices and treatment protocols based on the use of robotic technology and virtual reality, with the aim of
facilitating their re-integration into social and domestic life.
